We would like you to know – before you use any of our services or products – how we handle your personal data. 2. Who are we?
szexshopbelváros.hu is a web store selling sexual, intimate women's and men's products and accessories (e.g. condoms, dildos, vibrators, etc.).

What does the goal mean?

Based on the accounting, tax and other laws that apply to us, we are obliged to issue invoices for our service fees, to book the invoices and receipts we receive and issue, and to comply with accounting rules in this regard. 6. What legitimate interests may we have in data processing?
Legitimate interest was mentioned several times in the previous point. When we process data with reference to legitimate interest, we keep the following interests in mind:

A) enforcement of our rights and claims: claims arising from any breach of contract are time-barred after 5 years, i.e. within 5 years after the termination of the contract between us, a legal claim may be asserted in this regard, either against us or on our part. Therefore, the retention of data processed for the purpose of the contract for the provision and performance of the service is necessary for 5 years after the termination of the contract between us in order to assert such claims or to legally defend against such claims.

B) developing and personalizing the services we provide, developing new products, developing and personalizing the user experience: developing and improving our services and user experience is essential to maintaining quality services, retaining customers and attracting new customers.

C) record of customers who withdraw consent or object to data processing: in order to be able to fulfill your request not to contact you with data processing activities (e.g. targeted marketing for direct marketing purposes, personalized advertisements) that you have blocked, it is necessary to record this.

D) statistics: developing and improving our services and user experience is essential to maintaining quality services, retaining customers and attracting new customers. For this, it is necessary to compile statistics on the use of our website and services. When we refer to a legitimate interest in data processing, you have the right to object to our data processing. However, if we prove that the above reasons for data processing are compelling reasons that override your interests and rights, or that are related to the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, we may continue the data processing. 9. How do we protect your data?
We use your personal data in and outside electronic systems. Outside electronic systems, we use it exclusively in the form of a paper invoice sent to you or a logistics label printed on your package. Since the protection of personal data is a key task for us, our web server service partner uses a security system in which the access rights to personal data are continuously monitored by individuals. The service provider selects and operates the IT tools used to manage personal data during the provision of its services in such a way that the processed data:

The right to erasure:

You can request that we delete your data if the purpose of the data processing has ceased to exist; we processed your data based on your consent and you withdrew it and we have no other legal basis for the data processing; we processed your data based on legitimate interest and you have successfully objected to it; the data processing is unlawful; the deletion is required by law; it is related to an internet service provided to children; it has been ordered by a court or the national data protection and freedom of information authority.

The right to restrict data processing:

You can request that we restrict data processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the data processing is unlawful but you oppose its deletion, the purpose of the data processing has ceased to exist, but it is necessary for you to assert or defend your legal claims, you have objected to the data processing and while we assess whether our legitimate interests take precedence.

Right to withdraw consent:

If the data processing was based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. This will keep our data processing before your withdrawal lawful, as your consent was still valid at that time. As we have said before, we may process the same data for multiple purposes and on multiple grounds at the same time. If you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process it for the purpose based on your consent. However, we may continue to process it for other purposes (e.g. to fulfil your legal obligations or for our legitimate interests).

Right to object:

Right to data portability:

If we process your data because you have given your consent or because it is necessary for the performance of our contract and we carry out the data processing automatically, you can request that we transfer the data we process to you. We cannot prevent you from transferring this data to another data controller. In fact, if you request it, we will transfer it to them ourselves.
